My Tow Truck Adventure Heading to Virginia

Hi everyone!

I just recently returned from a road trip to go pick up my brand new tow truck from Virginia. It was a long journey but one of the most exciting yet! I wanted to share some of my experiences with all of you and hopefully help to provide some useful advice on planning a road trip.

One of the first things I did when preparing for this trip was to find the best route to Virginia. This can be an exciting experience, but also one that requires some planning ahead of time. After mapping out the route, I made sure my car was adequately fueled, that I had the right supplies, and that my tank was full of water.

Next, I packed all of my stuff. I made sure that I had my activities bag that I could easily pack. Then I made sure everything that I needed was in the car and everything I didn't was out. I also packed plenty of snacks and a few extra blankets to help keep me warm.

The drive through Virginia was beautiful. I stopped to take pictures of the mountains and the forests that I passed through. When my boyfriend and I got to the dealership we were so ecstatic. Plus the 6hr trip there was fully over.Time to stretch my legs a little bit.

The man who helped us with purchasing the truck was hysterical. He had several intriguing stories to swap without about vehicles he had to get towed in the past. Before we left the lot, my boyfriend had to strap our car to the tow truck so we could drive them both home.

On the drive back, we drove through Maryland so that I could stop and see my Aunt that I haven't seen in several years. I couldn't believe it when I saw her. I was so fillegal with joy and peace and happiness when her and I embraced for a huge. I divulged everything to her that's been going on recently. I think she was even happier to see me. It was the best.

Upon leaving my Aunts work, we stopped for food at a Royal Farms. I have never eaten there prior to that day. It is like an open cased chicken restaurant. The food was sooo yummy. I got the breast and wing meal with coleslaw and wedges. My boyfriend got a chicken sandwich with spicy chicken mac'n'cheese. It was equivalent to a Southern home-cooked meal.

The drive back home was even more exciting. We were driving a bigger vehicle now and had more power to drive longer distances. We took some scenic routes, rested at rest areas to avoid sleepiness, and continued on with my journey.

The drive home wasn't bad until the end. The closer we got to getting home the more restless I became. Finally, we made it back. Another 6hr drive out of the way. Home Sweat Home to lay in my comfortable bed. .

I was so excited when I finally arrived at the dealership! There it was, my brand new tow truck, ready and waiting for me. After signing the paperwork and filling out the necessary documents, I was off with my new addition.

Overall, I had the best time. From the scenic views to the exciting road trip, I couldn't have asked for a better adventure. I definitely recommend planning a road trip at least once in your life. You never know what adventures you'll have or what memories you'll make along the way!

The Beginning and The End

We officially bought a tow truck. My significant other and I are about to be in business! YAY! So exciting! We've been working so hard to reach this goal and its finally here. I am so excited to go and pick up our truck in Virginia. I cannot wait to see what the future holds and I really hope that we are able to be and remain successful.      One a side note, I am feeling EXTREMELY emotional this week. It's finals week at school. No more community college for me for a while. I have decided to take next semester off because I need a break. I am definitely starting to feel burnt out and tired from all of the work. My math teacher was complete hell this semester. She graded so harshly. For instance, even if you had the correct answer but got to the problem a different way then she taught, you got a zero. I did really well on my Macroeconomics essay. I love my Financial Accounting class. My teacher gave us extra credit for everything...

Midnight Snackage

It's midnight and you're lying in bed, wide awake and feeling hungry. You debate whether or not to get up and make yourself a snack. On one hand, you're really not that hungry and you don't want to ruin your sleep schedule. On the other hand, you know that if you don't eat something soon, you're going to get hangry. You decide to give in to the munchies and quietly get out of bed, making your way to the kitchen. As you rummage through the pantry, you try to be quiet so you don't wake up your roommates. You're not sure what you're in the mood for, but you know you want something tasty. After a midnight snack. You make your way into the kitchen. You open the fridge, hoping to find something that will satisfy your craving without being too unhealthy. Unfortunately, all you see is a wilted salad and some leftovers that have been in the fridge for way too long. You close the fridge, disappointed. You debate whether or not to go back to bed or to try and f...
